Pineapple

This dried pineapple is dried with the best technology available today: freeze drying that preserves nutrients and enables to eat the fruits for 3 years after the process.

The pineapple has been grown by ethnic groups (H'Mong, Thai and Kinh) from Muong Cha in Dien Bien Province in Vietnam following VietGaps certification and bought by Moonfood 20% higher than the market price.

The dried pineapple is certified ISO22000:2018.

. Ingredients: 100% from fresh pineapple

. Method of creating freeze-dried pineapple: water in pineapple is frozen, then sublimated ice (converted into gas form) in a vacuum condition. Finally, there is only about 2 percent moisture remaining in the product at the time of packaging. The decrease in the amount of fresh pineapple is due to the reduction in water in the pineapple.

. If you soak "freeze-dried pineapple" in water for about 10 minutes, you can use it as fresh pineapple.

. To use: Try adding directly to your favorite yogurt, oatmeal or cereal. They can also be rehydrated in fruit recipes or eaten right out of the box as a healthy snack
