TrendEthics supports ethnic groups, especially women, by helping them to restructure handicraft sectors such as weaving or organic products!
Our lifestyle, through its excessive consumption of all resources, has an impact on biodiversity and the climate. The most vulnerable are the first to be affected because they do not have the capacity to adapt.
TrendEthics develops training programs with local partners.
Many young people from ethnic minorities have to leave their villages to find work in the big cities. They are then very lonely and often work in precarious jobs (factories, construction...).
TrendEthics promotes sustainable agriculture and clean access projects.
The coming ecological disaster is driving us to rethink our relationship to the environment. Ethnic minorities represent 5% of the population and preserve 80% of the biodiversity that remains today.
TrendEthics promotes heritage and richness of ethnic groups in South East Asia. We fairly work with about fifty amazing women from 7 different minorities across Vietnam, Laos, Thailand and more recently Myanmar.
Trendethics acts as an incubator for ethnic minority women to help them develop their local activities, especially weaving. The weaving cooperatives are set up by trendethics with a local partner who is familiar with the local culture and needs.
TrendEthics supports the employment and reintegration of women in difficulty in France. We work with l'atelier Fer & Refaire, an integration project in St Denis to sew some of the pillow case collections.
